If you're not entirely satisfied, return the Aqua-dapter® to us within 28 days of purchase and we'll give you your money back!

Terms

You must return the entire contents of your order (including hose, accessories etc.) undamaged, i.e. suitable for resale (minor marks excepted), within 28 days from your original purchase date for a full refund.

If the returned Aqua-dapter is damaged, or has extensive marking and wear, we will refund your order less 20% re-stocking charge as some parts may have to be scrapped and the product will need to be reconditioned before resale.

If you want to return items on any order, you must first request a return via our returns system.
